Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Doze SMS platform and Services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. Prohibited Uses of the Services

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

1.1. Telecommunications Violations

  • Send unsolicited SMS, MMS, or voice calls to any person who has not provided prior express written consent.
  • Send messages to phone numbers obtained from purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • Fail to honor opt-out requests (e.g., "STOP" replies) within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Spoof, forge, or misrepresent the origin of any SMS or voice communication.

1.2. Deceptive and Harmful Conduct

  • Misrepresent the AI assistant as a human being when directly asked by an End-User.
  • Use the AI to impersonate government agencies, law enforcement, or emergency services.
  • Use the Services for phishing, fraud, or any form of financial deception.
  • Intentionally manipulate the AI to generate false pricing, fake guarantees, or misleading promises.

1.3. Illegal Content and Activities

  • Transmit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  • Use the Services to facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Process data of individuals under 13 years of age (in violation of COPPA) or under 16 years of age (in violation of GDPR).

1.4. System Abuse

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Services.
  • Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or any technique designed to override AI safety guardrails.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Services in a manner that exceeds normal usage.
  • Intentionally flood the system with excessive requests to degrade service quality for other users.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through the Services on your behalf.
  • You must ensure that all End-User data processed through the Services has been collected with proper legal authority and consent.
  • You must maintain accurate records of End-User consent, which may be requested by us for compliance verification.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for any violation of this AUP.
  • Report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Account suspension or termination under this AUP does not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.
